A Human Design reading teaches you your own personal strategy for interacting with the world including how to most efficiently use your energy, interact with others in alignment, and make choices that feel right for you. I will show you what it means to operate in and out of alignment as well as teach you strategies to maintain optimal alignment.

Reiki sessions are designed to help clear stagnant energy, restore a sense of flow, and bring you back into a place of alignment.
